A couple days ago Skewville had a killer opening for their newest project. They asked street artists from round the globe to decorate their shoes and send em back for a big ass street art show.

It was really impressive to see shoes decorated by Dface, PMH, EWOS, Jet-Pac and Mjar all lined up. It was a great party too. They built and entire urban street scene in 3D for sticker heads to throw up their shit and for taggers to tag. I had to break out a few times as the fumes from uncapped paint pens were making it hard to see straight.

All in all it was a great party and if you can get to NYC call em for an appointment to view the work.

I'm participating in the streetchanges art show down in Pittsburgh come Spring. They are accepting submissions for more art by other street artists as well. Check em out SEAKmac and Girl Horsie are way cool so drop them a line.

From stickernation:
"Basically, there's a building right in the middle of downtown pittsburgh that is so skinny the uper two stories have remained perpetually vacant. There are 22 windows that measure around 6 x 7 feet, that face one of the cittiest busiest streets... it's really an amazing spot.

During the month of May, street artists from all around the world will have a chance to have their art pasted on these windows.

Outdoor artists include: you are beautiful, swoon, seak m.a.c, horsie, freakclub, abe lincoln jr., above, faile, calma, bl4ckh4m - and they're currently accepting submissions..."
